UAPA Member Briefing with UDOT

In partnership with UDOT, UAPA is pleased to announce that we are hosting a UAPA Member Briefing to discuss, review, and help answer any questions around the binder sampling program for UDOT.

As we all know, we (both industry and UDOT) experienced some difficulty with getting proper binder samples this last year. Contributing to these challenges may be some residual confusion with the new Masterworks database. At this briefing, UDOT will summarize the procedures and reasons behind what the department does. As part of the discussion, UDOT will also welcome any feedback from industry on what could be done to make the process better. Industry and UDOT feel this kind of training and information exchange is vital because if we don’t have properly witnessed samples the test results can be called into question.
