Join the Central-Eastern Utah Regional Leadership Council on Wednesday, Oct 19th for the next installment of UAPA’s Lunch & Learn program. Experts with Crafco, Inc. and Vernal City will offer a live crack seal and mastic demo in a parking lot and walking path. Registration is free and lunch is provided by UAPA.
