UAPA Golf Classic 2020

It is with great pleasure that we are able to announce that the UAPA Golf Classic will take place this year on August 19, 2020 at Mountain Dell Golf Course. Under the direction of the golf course staff and the Salt Lake County Department of Health, UAPA will be taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of those that choose to participate. This includes modifications to start times (we will have assigned tee times for you) to changes in food distribution and the awarding of prizes

However, we are confident that even with these changes we can still provide a great opportunity to get out and do what our tournament has always done: give a break to our shared rigorous schedules in the heart of the season; give back to our community through our Charity of Choice program associated with the tournament; and give back to you, our peers, through great prizes, great giveaways, and excellent camaraderie while on the course.

In recognition of the challenging times we are all facing we have reduced the associated fees for this year’s tournament from registrations to sponsorships and on down. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity and hope to see you at the tournament this year!

Here are just a few of the changes this year:

• Reduced registration and sponsorship fees
• Scheduled tee times for your group – please arrive 15 minutes early
•  Contactless giveaways for all golfers
• Pre-drawn prize gifts for registered golfers
• Contactless award of large prizes and contest winners after the tournament
• Prepared food & drinks for each golfer
• Sanitization stations at the Registration and Check-In Station

As the tournament gets closer, additional instructions will be given to each group to ensure proper social distancing and hygiene standards. Should UAPA need to cancel the tournament, a full refund will be issued less the credit card processing fees should payment be made via an accepted credit card.
