Affiliate member is any person, firm, joint venture, corporation or entity who or which is engaged in the asphalt industry who or which is ineligible for Producer, Supplier or Associate membership status.

All approved members of the Utah Asphalt Pavement Association agree to adhere to the Bylaws as approved by the Board of Directors and General Membership.

All dues amounts remitted to the UAPA are proprietary and completly confidential.
